At MOVA, we stand by the quality of our electronics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
